#0.5 Movement Band – Yellow 80″
Excellent band for younger athletes under age of 12 beginning speed, agility and quickness training. Use for upper body strengthening for ages 14 to adult. Step-ups off a bench and lunging exercises for lower body strength work. Ages 14 to adult. Trains core strength and core rotation. The # .5 Yellow Movement Band has the exact same band thickness as the Yellow # 4.5 – 40 inch resistance band.
#0.75 Yellow Movement Band – 110″
Introducing our new 110″ triple length yellow movement band. Ideal for the young athlete looking for longer running and movement ranges to develop cardio, endurance, speed and power. The triple movement band is 110 inches in length. It is also a very effective band for bounding and jumping exercises for the younger athlete.
Our movement bands come in 2 different lengths. An 80″ double length band and a 110″ triple length band.
The shorter double 80″ length is our #.5 Yellow Movement Band which has a shorter range of movement and and used to develop an explosive first step. It can also be used for lateral bounding and explosive jumping exercises. Our longer triple length 110″ allows for a great range of movement and running out lengths. This band is perfect for ages 8-12.
#1 Movement Band – Red 80″
Our #1 Movement Band trains endurance, speed, agility, and quickness. The #1 red band has the same thickness as our #5 Red Resistance Band 40″ and is 2 times as long at the #5 Red Resistance. Great for shorter explosive movement, Upper body strengthening, interval training and plyometric jumping. Very popular band used golf, soccer, tennis, track, football, and basketball because of it’s versatility and longer length.
Utilize this band for partner resistance running, hill running, and sand pit training to add another dimension to your training.
This band allows a greater range of outward movement than the #5 Red Resistance Band.
#2 Movement Band – Red 110″
Our #2 Movement Band trains endurance, speed, agility, and quickness. The #2 red band has the same thickness as our #5 Red Resistance Band 40″ and is almost 3 times as long at 110″ in length. Great for cardiovascular conditioning and interval training because of it’s longer length it is also extremely effective for short explosive sprints. It’s a very popular band in soccer, tennis, track, football, and basketball because of it’s versatility and longer length.
Utilize this band for partner resistance running, hill running, and sand pit training to add another dimension to your training.

#2.5 Movement Band – Lime Green 80”
The #2.5 Movement Band – Lime Green 80” is the newest member to our 80” movement band family. A perfect transition tension this band sits directly in the middle of our #1 Red 80” and #3 Purple *80. It’s quickly become one our most popular movement bands because of it’s versatility and mid range tension. Being noticeable stronger than the Red but not as strong as the Purple it can be used intermediately between competitive training weeks and off-season training. Simply Dave Herman’s favorite go to movement band for high school and collegiate athletes.
This band trains for speed, quickness, and agility. Perfect for reactive cutting movements, first step training and cardio conditioning. This band length is great for a gym or facility when you just don’t have the movement space for the longer #2.75 Lime Green 110”.
#2.75 Movement Band – Lime Green 110”
The #2.75 Movement Band – Lime Green 110” is the newest member to our 110” movement band family. A perfect transition tension this band sits directly in the middle of our #2 Red 110” and #4 Purple *110. It’s quickly become one our most popular movement bands because of it’s versatility, mid range tension and longer length. Being noticeable stronger than the Red but not as strong as the Purple it can be used intermediately between competitive training weeks and off-season training.
This band trains for speed, quickness and agility. Also used for reactive cutting movements movements and optimal for cardio conditioning. It’s longer almost triple band length allows for the athlete to work greater ranges of movement meaning the band will stretch out further than the 80” double length band.
#3 Movement Band Purple 80″
The SuperFlex® #3 Movement Band Purple 80″ trains explosive getting out of the hole movement training. It exercises first step, gives you reactive cutting movements, and can be used for upper body and core training exercises. It is also great for working footwork patterns.
#4 Movement Band Purple 110″
Trains speed, agility, and quickness. Great for cardiovascular conditioning and interval training. Extremely effective for short explosive sprints. Partner resistance running drills. Hill training and sand pit workouts.
#5 Movement Band – Charcoal 80″
The SuperFlex #5 Movement band trains for explosive movement training. This double length bands is great for first step and reactive cutting movements. The #5 Movement band is our thickest band which causes a strong snap back in the recoil phase.
#6 Movement Band – Charcoal 110″
The #6 Movement Band Charcoal 110″ trains for power, explosion and cardio conditioning. This longer band allows for a longer range of movement than our #5 Charcoal 80″ Movement. The #6 band is for the highly trained athlete and has a powerful reactive snap back as the athlete returns in the recoil phase.
This band is our longest and thickest movement band. Great for the high level athlete or fitness enthusiast looking to work our strongest movement band. The band is also used for bear walks and other fitness related training exercises
The #6 Charcoal Movement Band has the same thickness as the #7 Charcoal Resistance Band 40″.
